9-1-1 Technical Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the technical, revenue and funding, regulatory, and contractual aspects of the Public Safety Systems to include 9-1-1 System, Computer Aided Dispatch, and all other public safety equipment and systems within PSC. This position ensures reliable emergency and non-emergency functionality of the systems for Police, Fire, and Emergency Medical Services.
