Texas Recycles Day will be held at Chase Oaks Church located at 281 Legacy Dr in Plano on Saturday, November 12 from 9 a.m. until noon. This event is a statewide campaign that aims to increase awareness about the benefits of recycling and waste diversion. Plano’s yearly event provides an opportunity for community members to donate unwanted, usable, items to local organizations and divert them from the landfill.
Giving your items new life in the community is extremely easy, you don’t even have to get out of your car! Follow the signs in the parking lot to the specific item drop off and volunteers will take the items out of your vehicle for you.
