  Workshops, taught by the artist are offered on a first-come, first-served basis at Harrington Library. The workshops provide opportunities to create a more extensive project based on the style of the artist

Vintage and retro garments, accessories, and objects will be available for interactive inspiration. Artist Rae Pleasant will show you how to create self-portraits, portraits of friends and family, or memorable animal characters using iconic garments

Human portraits or animal characters created using iconic vintage and retro garments are the stars of exciting plot lines! Artist Rae Pleasant will show you how to make dynamic storyboards or comic strips with your characters

VET will show you how to create your own book art project with found objects. Learn how to use the principles of construction and sculpture with hard and soft back books to design, build, and embellish your book sculpture

Quilling is an art technique that involves the use of paper strips that are rolled, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs. Lisa Covert will teach you how to create a paper weaving and then embellish it with quilled paper
