On Saturday, October 8 the City of Plano will host the first Public Safety PULLooza! Police, Fire-Rescue and 9-1-1, along with other City departments, invite you to enjoy a day of FREE fun while learning how to keep your family safe.

Kid’s Fire Obstacle Course
Police Motorcycle Rodeo
Bomb Robot Demo
Fire Safety Tips
Hands-only CPR and AED Training
Water Safety and Drowning Prevention
Property and Personal Safety Tips
Tour a Fire-Rescue engine and ambulance
Tour a Plano Police cruiser, SWAT truck, Sky Watch tower and the “Chose Your Ride” car
Fire-Rescue Clowns “Patches” and “Snozzle” and face painting
Several FOOD TRUCKS will be available for purchasing meals:
Arete Sliders - variety of sliders, fries and more
Sunday Morning - breakfast and lunch selections
DFW Ice Cream - cold sweet treats
Spin Sushi - fresh Japanese fare
Yummy Pizza and others!
2016 Plano Public Safety PULLooza fire truck pull supports Special Olympics Texas! Teams of 12 people face off pulling a 72,000 pound fire truck for a distance of 75 feet in a timed event. Each team captain will receive a packet with their team’s participation information. The Public Safety Fair is FREE. Only teams pay a registration fee.
Test your strength and compete for prizes and bragging rights…all for a great cause. This is a great team-building activity for businesses, schools, civic organizations, gyms, neighbors or just friends.
