Theft - 08/2016
The Plano Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in identifying a Theft suspect. 

Since the hail storm that hit on 03/23/16, thefts of shingles and roofing materials have been reported throughout Plano. During the day, suspects drive through neighborhoods and alleys where roof repairs are on-going scouting for shingles that have been delivered but not yet installed. Suspects then return, oftentimes, with a white cargo van to steal shingles from locations that were identified during the day.

Residents are asked to be aware of persons loading shingles into cargo vans in the early morning hours or into vehicles inappropriate for transporting shingles and roofing materials. Offenses have been reported during the day as well.

Theft - 08/2016
The Plano Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in identifying these individuals. 

On August 18, 2016, two suspects entered into a jewelry store located in the 800 block of Central Expressway and committed a theft. These individuals, (pictured to the right), claimed to be a father and son. One suspect distracted the clerk while the other suspect reached behind the counter and stole several pieces of jewelry.

Suspect #1 was described as a black male, 45-50 years old, approximately 5’10” tall and was wearing a gold watch, dark shirt and pants at the time of the incident.

Suspect #2 was described as a black male, 25-30 years old, approximately 5’9” tall and was wearing 2 gold necklaces, a gold watch, dark shirt and white pants at the time of the incident.

Burglary of a Motor Vehicle / Credit Card Abuse - 07/2016
The Plano Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in identifying a Credit Card Abuse suspect. A vehicle was burglarized and the victim’s wallet was removed.

The suspect pictured to the right was seen using the victim’s credit card to make purchases at a local drugstore. He is described as a white male, 30-40 years old, dark hair, unshaven, and was wearing glasses.

Burglary of a Motor Vehicle / Credit Card Abuse - 07/2016
The Plano Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in identifying two suspects connected to Burglary of Vehicle and Credit Card Abuse offenses.

The suspects removed the victim’s purse from a vehicle while she was pumping gas and then used the victim’s credit cards at several different locations.

Several businesses and locations, including Shiloh Baptist Church, along the DART rail line that runs through Plano were vandalized recently.

Subject #1 – Mark Trendon Cooks, an 18-year old black male, 5’11” tall, 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Subject #2 – Michael Wayne Johnson, a 19-year old black male, 6’3” tall, 240 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Purse Theft / Credit Card Abuse - 06/2016
The Plano Police Department is attempting to identify a purse theft/ credit card abuse suspect. 

The victim’s purse was stolen from behind a cash register at a local business and the suspect (pictured to the right) used the victim’s credit card at a nearby discount store.

The suspect is described as a black female with a ponytail and was wearing a pink shirt, gray yoga pants and pink or red tennis shoes at the time of the offense. The suspect was also seen leaving the location in a white four-door vehicle.

Robbery - 06/2016
The Plano Police Department is attempting to identify one or more Robbery suspect(s).

In both incidents, the suspect entered into a WalMart, selected items, and then left without paying for them. When approached by employees, the suspect(s) made verbal threats.

In the first incident, the suspect attempted to punch an employee and in the second incident, the suspect attempted to run over an employee with his vehicle. It is still unknown at this time if the suspect in both incidents are the same person.

Incident #1:
Suspect was described as: Black male, 22-28 years old, 6’0”-6’2” tall, 160-170 pounds, a goatee and was wearing baggy jeans, a black t-shirt and a red baseball cap.

Incident #2:
Suspect was described as: Black male, 40-45 years old, 6’0” tall, 190 pounds, a goatee and was wearing a “Results Staffing” yellow traffic vest, jeans, and a dark green bucket hat.

Cloned Credit Card / Credit Card Abuse - 05/2016
The Plano Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a Cloned Credit Card / Credit Card Abuse suspect.

The suspect completed three separate transactions at a local discount store using the victims debit card information. The suspect physically swiped a card so it is believed the card has been cloned since the victim still has possession of their card.

The suspect is described as a black female with long-dark hair, a heavy build and was captured on surveillance wearing a white cap, pink shirt and blue jeans.

The suspect vehicle is a black 4-door sedan, possibly a Chrysler 300.

The Plano Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two Burglary suspects.

These two suspects forced entry inside a residence and committed the burglary, taking jewelry and electronics. One suspect is described as a black or Hispanic male, possibly in his 20s and wearing a black shirt, black pants and a gray cap. The other suspect was described as a black or Hispanic male, possibly in his 20s and wearing a black hooded-sweatshirt and black pants.

Aggravated Robbery - 03/29/2016
The Plano Police Department is seeking help from the public in locating the third suspect in Aggravated Robbery on 3/29/16. Two of the three suspects were identified and arrested; the third suspect is still at large.

Three suspects entered Nujam Music Studio (3420 K Ave) through the front doors and at gunpoint forced all the studio tenants into one room. The suspects took cash and victim's personal property, then fled the location on foot. Suspect #3 (pictured on the right) is still at large.

The at large suspect is described as a black male, approximately 20-30 years old, light complexion, 6'4", and 190 lbs.

Credit / Debit Card Abuse - 04/2016
The Plano Police Department is attempting to locate Victoria Ann Johnson, a 35-year old black female. Johnson currently has four felony warrants for Credit/Debit Card Abuse (two at $25,000 bond each) and Burglary of a Vehicle (two at $5,000 bond each). In addition, Johnson also has outstanding warrants for outside agencies.

Johnson is suspected of targeting locker rooms at fitness centers where she makes unlawful entry into a locker to steal credit cards. After obtaining the credit card, then uses the card to make purchases at nearby stores. In some cases, she has taken the victim’s car keys and burglarized their vehicle located in the parking lot, also taking wallets and cell phones.

In some cases, she has an accomplice who has been identified as Ellis Thomas Tatum, a 25-year old black male from Beaumont, TX. Tatum (shown in the bottom photo) also has felony warrants for his arrest. Johnson frequents the Dallas-Ft. Worth area to commit her crimes but is believed to be residing in the Houston or Beaumont area.

Robbery - 03/11/16
The Plano Police Department needs help in identifying the suspect involved in a criminal investigation:
 
Suspect 1 (pictured to the right) gathered clothing and left them in a dressing room for Suspect #2 (not pictured). Suspect #1 distracted an employee while Suspect #2 went into the dressing room and concealed the clothing. The suspects attempted to exit the store and were stopped by loss prevention employees. Suspect #1 stated she had a Taser. Loss prevention employees attempted to stop the suspects and Suspect #1 displayed a can a mace and pointed it at the employees. The suspects then entered a silver Dodge Stratus driven by Suspect #3 (not pictured).

Suspect #1: Black female, 20-28 years old, 5’6, 180 lbs., pink hair, wearing a pink tank top and black pants.
Suspect #2 (not pictured)- Black female, 20-28 years old, 5’5” 120 lbs., brown hair, wearing a green button up shirt.
Suspect #3 (driver): Unknown.

Robbery - 03/11/16
Law Enforcement needs help in identifying the suspect involved in a criminal investigation. 

On March 11, 2016, the suspect entered into the Title Max Title Company located at 4700 State Highway 121 and walked up to the employees. The suspect asked where the money was located and then brandished what is believed to be a firearm. The suspect then opened the cash drawers and took an undisclosed amount of cash and left the location on foot.

The suspect is described as a white male, 22-28 years of age, 6’0”-6’3” with a thin build and light complexion. Burglary
The Plano Police Department needs help in identifying the suspect involved in a criminal investigation. 

The Plano Police are trying to identify suspects involved in a Burglary that occurred at ULTA Salon, 721 Central Expressway in Plano. There have been additional ULTA Salons’ burglarized in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area and it’s possible these are related.

Suspect #1 – Unknown male, black hooded-sweatshirt with yellow lettering, black pants, and black gloves
Suspect #2 – Unknown male, Captain America hooded-sweatshirt, camouflage cap, and red gloves.

Distraction Theft / CCA - 09/26/15
The Plano Police Department needs help in locating the following individuals.

On September 26, 2015, two unknown males distracted an adult female while shopping in Tom Thumb at 5968 W. Parker Road and took the victim’s wallet from her purse. The victim’s credit cards were then used for multiple purchases at Macy’s, Target, and Wal-Mart.

Both subjects are described as black males, 30-40 years old and speaking with French accents. The suspect vehicle is described as a silver sedan with black rims, dark tinted windows and possibly a BMW 3 series.

The Plano Police Department needs help in locating the following individuals.

On March 30, 2015, April 18, 2015 and May 11, 2015, two unknown males pried open the rear doors of a pharmacy using a pry bar and removed unsecured medications.

Both male suspects are described as medium to heavy builds, wearing dark hooded-shirts, jeans, dark shoes, ski masks, and gloves. The suspect vehicle is described as a white newer-model sedan.

Missing Person - 08/30/14
The Plano Police Department needs help in locating the following individual.

On September 2, 2014, Plano Police Officers received a Missing Person report. Officers were advised that Christina Marie Morris, a 23-year old white female from Fort Worth, TX had been visiting friends in the 5700 block of Scruggs Way. Morris left the location and was last seen walking with a friend into a parking garage in the 5700 block of Legacy Drive on 08/30/14 at 03:55 a.m. Officers checked the area and located her vehicle but did not locate Morris. Morris has not shown up for work and has not made contact with friends or family members since that time.

The Plano Police Department is seeking the public’s help in an attempt to locate Morris as there is a concern for her safety and well being.  She is described as being a white female, approximately 5’4” tall, 100 pounds, and has blonde hair and brown eyes.

Robbery - 06/18/14
The Plano Police Department needs help in locating the suspects involved in a criminal investigation.

On 06/18/14 officers responded to the 1400 block of Jupiter Road in regards to a robbery.  Two black males robbed the store at gunpoint and then fled southbound on foot.

Suspect #2 is described as a black male in his 20s wearing an orange bandana over his mouth and was lighter complected than suspect #1.

The Plano Police Department needs help in locating the suspects involved in a criminal investigation.

On 05/27/14 officers responded to the 3900 block of Legacy Drive in regards to a robbery. 

A black male displayed a hand gun to the clerk, took money from the register, and then fled on foot. 

The suspect is described as a black male approximately 25-30 years old, 5’10”, wearing a black hooded-shirt, had a medium build, and was clean shaven.

Robbery - 06/13/14
The Plano Police Department needs help in locating the suspects involved in a criminal investigation.

On 06/13/14, a subject robbed a man of cash in the 2500 block of K Avenue. The suspect ran up to the victim from behind, grabbed the cash the victim was holding, and ran to a waiting vehicle.

Suspect #1 is described as a black male, 20-25 years of age, 5’5”, 150 lbs, black curly hair, dark complexion, oily round face wearing a knit cap, black hooded jacket, white shirt and black jeans.

Suspect #2 (vehicle driver) is described as a black male with short hair, tall, thin build wearing black clothing. 

The vehicle is described as a 2011-2013 black Toyota 4Runner SR5 with paper tag 96G**** (partial plate).

Robbery - 05/31/14
The Plano Police Department needs help in locating the suspects involved in a criminal investigation.

On 05/31/14 three subjects assaulted a woman outside her apartment in the 3500 block of Hillridge Drive and took her cell phone. One subject is described as a white male, 17 years of age, 5’10”, slender build, dark hair, white shirt, and shorts. The other two subjects were described as black males. All three subjects fled the location on foot.

Aggravated Robbery - 03/10/14
The Plano Police Department needs help in locating the suspects involved in a criminal investigation.

On March 10, 2014, three men robbed the Bank of America located in the 2000 block of Coit Road. They entered the bank and demanded cash verbally; all of the men brandished weapons. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspects exited the bank and left in a waiting vehicle, which contained a fourth suspect.

The vehicle, which was stolen, was abandoned near the bank. No one was seriously injured, but the subjects’ actions inside the bank were aggressive.

All of the suspects wore dark clothing -- long pants, hooded long-sleeve shirts, gloves, and full facial masks. They are described as black males, in their late 20s or early 30s, ranging from approximately 5’7” to 6’0” tall. Two suspects have a thin-build and one is heavyset.

It is possible that the suspects could be connected to other metroplex bank robberies.

The Plano Police Department needs your help in locating the suspect involved in a the following criminal investigation:
Two suspects entered a hotel in the 1700 block of Central Expressway. The first suspect inquired about room rates and then left. The second suspect entered the lobby, displayed two handguns,and told the employee to fill a bag with cash. When the desk clerk complied with the suspect's demands,the suspect then exited the location in a dark-colored vehicle (possibly a Nissan) with a possible partial TX license plate of CCC---.

Suspect #1: Black female, 25 - 30 years old, 5'4", medium-heavy build, shoulder length hair, wearing dark-colored sweater and jeans, glasses, and camel-colored "Ugg-style" boots.

Suspect #2: Male, 20-30 years old, 5'7" - 5'9", 140 - 160 lbs, wearing a black hood-sweatshirt, faded jeans, dark colored shoes with white soles, and a white piece of fabric covering the lower half of his face.

Burglary / Home Invasion
The Plano Police Department needs your help in locating the suspect involved in a the following criminal investigation:
Three males with weapons entered a home in the 1500 block of Eastwick Lane and threatened the residents with bodily injury if they did not give them property. The suspects took property to include jewelry and miscellaneous other items.

One of the suspects was described as possibly being a Black male, between 5'9" - 5'10" and the third suspect was described as being over 6'01" tall and skinny. Two of the suspects were wearing black clothing and one of them was wearing camouflage clothing.

Burglary of a Residence - 03/01/2013
The Plano Police Department needs your help in locating suspects involved in a the following criminal investigation:

The suspect is wanted for burglary of a residence on North Medalist Circle. The suspect gained entry through an unlocked bedroom window. The pictured suspect used the victim's stolen credit card the same morning at a retail store located at 6000 block of Central Expressway and then attempted to use the stolen card at another retail store located on Custer Road.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male, 20 - 25 years old,5'11", 220 - 230, facial hair, and short brown hair. He was wearing a navy blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers.

Robberies - Various
The Plano Police Department needs your help in locating suspects involved in a series of Robberies that have occurred in East Plano. In each case, the victim was reportedly alone and was approached by black male suspects who assaulted them and then took the victim's wallet and cash.

The suspects have been described as black males, late teens to early twenties in age, 160 - 200 pounds, wearing dark clothing and in some cases hoodies. The suspects have reportedly worked in groups of twos and threes and each of the victims were Hispanic males.

Robberies- 09/05/2012
The Plano Police Department needs your help with the following criminal investigation:

There have been several pharmacy robberies in Plano and surrounding areas since 09/05/12. In each offense, the suspect presented a note and demanded certain medications. No weapons have been seen, but the suspect stated in the notes that he has a gun or someone outside the location is waiting with a gun.

The suspect is described as a white male, 25 - 30 years of age, usually wears some type of hat. (Photos of the suspect from the Plano robberies are pictured to the right.) It is possible the suspect(s) committed all the offenses.

Aggravated Robbery - 10/27/11

The suspect is wanted for the robbery at the Texans Credit Union, 101 W. Spring Creek Parkway on October 27, 2011.

The suspect is described as a white male, late 20s - early 30s, 5'9" - 5'11," 160 - 170 pounds. The suspect displayed a black handgun and is believed to be the same suspect from an earlier offense in Richardson.

Sexual Assault - 11/15/10

The suspect is described as a black male, late 30s to mid 40s, 5'7" - 6'0", 250 - 300 pounds, heavy build, with a possible thin, well-trimmed beard, and a short haircut (possibly balding or receding hairline).

Robbery - 7/16/2010

The suspect, dubbed the Cargo Shorts Bandit, is wanted by the police and FBI for several bank robberies across the metroplex. He routinely wears cargo shorts and has been known to threaten the use of a weapon during these incidents.
