Pet Registration

All dogs, cats, and ferrets must be registered with the City Of Plano Animal Services Division as required by City Ordinance. To register, you need a copy of your pet's current rabies vaccination paperwork (with the vets letterhead) from the vet showing the date of vaccination, rabies tag number, your pets description and breed and if your pet is spayed or neutered. Registration can be done at the shelter in person or through the mail at the address below.  Please remember to include your check (made out to the City of Plano) for payment in the envelope.  Please note: we no longer offer online registration.
