SEAT BELT VIOLATIONS
You may pay the following fine and cost amount for a Seat Belt violation by mail, in person, or on-line (on or before your due date):
- $152.00 for a Seat Belt violation or
- $177.00 for a Seat Belt violation in a school zone.
CHILD SAFETY SEAT VIOLATIONS (Effective 6/1/10)
For a first offense citation issued, you may pay the following fine and cost amount for a Child Safety Seat violation by mail, in person, or on-line (on or before your due date).
- $127.25 for a Child Safety Seat offense; or
- $152.25 for a Child Safety Seat offense in a school zone.
NOTE: A second or subsequent Child Safety Seat violation may be as much as $250.00 plus $102.25 state costs.
NOTE: Effective August 1, 2009, all credit card and debit card payments made either in person or through the Online Citation Payment System, will incur a 3.5% processing fee.
