Wanted As Of: 2009 THEFT The Plano Police Department needs to identify the suspects in the following photos. An 85-year old female was approached by a hispanic male suspect whose photo is displayed. The suspect claimed to have a winning lottery ticket, showing a newspaper with a matching number. The suspect shown in the photo approached and helped persuade the victim to pay $30,000 for the ticket. Similar offenses with the same supects have occurred in nearby cities in September.
