Robin Popik has 20 years as the Volunteer Resources Supervisor for the City of Plano, a dynamic program where hundreds of employees work alongside volunteers to enhance services and the community. Volunteers donate approximately 100,000 hours a year with a value of $1,800,000 the last two years. She also leads an employee driven workplace program, which hosts 10 volunteer events a year, and an Emergency Reception Center that is activated in times of disaster.
Robin Popik has a Master’s in Management and certifications in Volunteer Management. She and her program have won numerous awards and is recognized as a model program. She is a trainer and teacher in the field, a contributing author and has published articles in many topics related to Volunteer Management in local and state magazines.
She was the founder and past president of both local and national boards and is currently serving on the AL!VE Board.

Corina Sadler joined VIP in 2008 after receiving her Volunteer Management Certification and bachelors degree from the University of North Texas. Having volunteered with many nonprofit organizations in Collin County, Corina has a true interest in promoting the value of citizen participation in Plano. Recipient of the 2009 Outstanding New Volunteer Administrator Award from the National Association of Volunteer Programs in Local Government.
Gina Bruton has a degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Tyler and ten years of service as a volunteer coordinator. She helped create a successful teen and adult volunteer program for the Discovery Science Place, a children's science museum, in East Texas. Gina believes that volunteering makes both the community and the volunteer stronger. Gina has been very involved in volunteer service to organizations such as Boy Scouts of America, Relay for Life, Azleway Boys Ranch, and Texas 4-H. Gina has served as president of the East Texas Directors of Volunteers in Agencies (DOVIA), and on several committees recruiting volunteers for non-profit organizations.
