    Registration for fall classes begins at 8 a.m. on Saturday, August 5 for Plano residents and at 5 a.m. on Monday, August 7 for everyone else. Classes begin the week of September 4. Swim, hike, dance, do tai chi and yoga, brush up on computer skills, paint, sew, kayak or learn to paint...these opportunities and more can be found in the Fall 2017 Leisure Catalog.

Plano Stages

  1. HeartBeats 5/10 K and Fun Run/Walk

    November 4, 2017, 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM @ Amphitheater at Oak Point Park & Nature Preserve

    Walk, jog or run! This event is for all fitness levels. Post-race party will include a 50's costume contest with prizes, live music, face painting and bounce house for kids. Set a team or individual goal and earn prizes. Living for Zachary was founded in honor of Zachary Schrah, who was only 16 years old when he collapsed with no warning or prior symptoms during a high school football practice in Plano on April 2, 2009. This 501(c)(3) non-profit raises awareness of undiagnosed heart issues and SCA (sudden cardiac arrest) in teens, promoting youth heart screenings, awarding student scholarships and donating Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) to youth-based organizations.

Her generosity of spirit gradually captures his stern heart, and they marry. Returning from their honeymoon they discover Austria has been invaded by the Nazis, who demand the Captain’s immediate service. The family’s narrow escape to Switzerland on the eve of World War II is one of the theater’s most thrilling and inspirational finales. Shine is a family-friendly, faith-based performing arts studio for kids and teenagers to hone their skills in singing, acting, and dancing. We offer classes, musical productions, summer camps, and other children’s theatre opportunities in Plano, TX.
