    Registration for fall classes begins at 8 a.m. on Saturday, August 5 for Plano residents and at 5 a.m. on Monday, August 7 for everyone else. Classes begin the week of September 4. Swim, hike, dance, do tai chi and yoga, brush up on computer skills, paint, sew, kayak or learn to paint...these opportunities and more can be found in the Fall 2017 Leisure Catalog.

  1. TVRAFR presents: "Celebrating You: The Invisible Strength of Women"

    Through fashion, dance, and the spoken word, this women's empowerment program will focus on the stories of six women who overcame adversity. Hear how women past and present have harnessed the power of sisterhood to deal with ancient struggles and the obstacles facing women today. This program is presented by Texas Veterans Ranch and Family Resort, a nonprofit founded to help veterans and their families deal with PTSD, separation and other military-related challenges. In a peaceful natural Hill Country setting, TVRAFR offers education, counseling, and therapeutic interaction to reunite, restore and rejuvenate our service families. If you purchased a military discount ticket, you must present your ID at the door. If you do not have your ID, you will be charged an additional $10.00 at the door.
