Note from the Fire Chief regarding use of masks

Our members are committed to remaining safe and keeping you safe in these unusual and unprecedented times.

As fire chief, I am not requiring Fire-Rescue personnel to wear masks while not on emergency calls. I am, however, following Governor Greg Abbott’s stance of encouraging but not mandating the wearing of masks in public.

Plano Fire-Rescue Welcomes New Truck 8 Into Service


Fire Station #8 welcomed a new truck into service with a Wetdown and Push-In Ceremony.
