A minimum of 25 volunteers (50 maximum) is required to request a group date at the Plano Community Garden. All efforts will be made to accommodate group requests, but are based on availability.
Due to volunteer safety, the time of year determines which timeframe can be selected. Please use the seasonal guide to select an appropriate timeframe. Winter (January-February & November-December) start time between 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Spring & Fall (March-April & September-October) start time between 8 a.m.- 10 a.m.
Summer (May-August) start time is 8 a.m. only
Court ordered community service hours are not offered for this opportunity. You will be contacted within 48 business hours once your request has been submitted. All efforts will be made to accommodate group requests, but are based on availability.
