    Every Tuesday and Wednesday we highlight a local artist. Artists are chosen from a variety of fields, including visual arts, culinary arts, theater, dance and more! Local Artist Spotlights are posted at noon every Tuesday and Wednesday on Plano Arts & Events on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter at @planoarts. Artists who would like to be included should contact Amy Pagan at apagan@plano.gov.

    The Comprehensive Plan Review Committee will open their Regular Meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Plano Municipal Center to discuss posted items in the regular meeting as allowed by law. Some members, consultants, and staff may participate remotely via videoconference. The facility will not be open to the public. If necessary, the committee will reconvene on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Senator Florence Shapiro Council Chambers of the Plano Municipal Center to complete discussion of posted items as allowed by law. Some members, consultants, and staff may participate remotely via videoconference. The facility will not be open to the public. For those wanting to watch the meetings, they will be live streamed on Plano's website at www.planotv.org. As an ad hoc Committee of the City of Plano, the Open Meetings Act does not apply. This meeting will not include public comments. A recording of the meeting will be made available on www.PlanoCompPlanReview.org.
